How it Works
Tour payment. For scheduled tours, send the completed tour registration form with a check for the deposit (5-7 day tours) or full payment (shorter tours) to Paris by Design, 200 Hammett Hill Rd, East Montpelier, VT, 05651. Balance of payment is due 2-3 months before the tour begins. Check the tour registration form for the specific date.
For custom tours, we require a non-refundable deposit to begin planning. As part of the planning process, we send you an agreement that outlines dates for balance of payment and cancellation.
Tour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your registration and receive a refund, send your request in writing by the cancellation date listed on the registration form. You will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. We do not provide refunds for cancellations made after the cancellation date, however substitutions will be accepted. You can also apply your deposit toward an upcoming trip. Your best protection against unforeseen events is travel insurance, which reimburses you for pre-paid costs, including flights and tours. Travel planning. We begin with a complimentary assessment of your needs. Let us know your trip goals, budget, pace, and passions — and we’ll let you know how we can help. We estimate the time required, and the cost. There is no charge for this exchange, and we can communicate via email or phone, as you prefer.
Travel planning payment. Fees for our consulting services are $75 per hour. Payment is due in full, by check, upon completion of your trip planning.
